Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Chowdhury Duo platform at https://www.chowdhuryduo.in/ ("Platform") or purchasing any products or services offered by Chowdhury Duo (operated by Sampad Chowdhury and Bharti Shaw), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using it, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to purchase products or use automation services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at sampadchowdhury777@gmail.com.

3. Products & Digital Licenses

3.1 One-Time Licenses

Most automation products are sold as one-time licenses. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any product.

3.2 Time-Limited Passes

Some products are sold as time-limited access passes (e.g., 30-day, 90-day). Access expires automatically at the end of the specified period.

3.3 Add-On Purchases

Additional Gmail account slots for the Gmail AI Support Automation are available as a one-time add-on at ₹199 per additional account slot. Add-on charges are displayed clearly before purchase and are one-time, non-recurring charges — there is no automatic subscription or renewal.

4. Payments

All payments are processed via Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We never store your card details — payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay.

No hidden charges, no auto-debit, no recurring subscriptions unless explicitly disclosed as a subscription product in the product listing.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following cases:

• The product is non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of your report
• You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error
• The product was significantly misrepresented compared to its listing

To request a refund, email sampadchowdhury777@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue.

6. Gmail Automation Services

Our Gmail AI Support Automation accesses your Gmail account only with your explicit permission and solely for the purpose of reading and responding to customer-support emails as configured by you. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your use of the automation complies with Google's Terms of Service
• Ensuring AI-generated responses comply with applicable laws
• Reviewing and updating your business grounding rules to maintain accuracy
• Not using the automation to send unsolicited communications (spam)

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited commercial communications

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including code, designs, text, images, and product deliverables — is owned by Chowdhury Duo or its licensors. Your one-time license purchase grants you usage rights as described in Section 3; it does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHOWDHURY DUO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
